 Reporting to the General Manager & Client Services VP, Ray will oversee Project Managers, set department standards and procedures, participate in corporate meetings, lead department and team meetings, and address customer complaints and expectations. He is pleased and volunteered these comments:

 There appears to be a great opportunity for growth and advancement. The environment is high energy with management at the top of their field. The company is innovative and professional. I am older than the General Manager or Plant Manager, but they are happy to have my past experience to pull from.
